Dave Marshall – CSO
At age twelve, when others were being imprinted on
falconry, Dave became imprinted on HAM radio. Since then, as
a licensed
radio amateur (call sign AA7SM) he's enjoyed doing radio as a
hobby, but now he gets to do it full-time. Dave
has published
several well-received articles on falconry telemetry and tracking
strategies both in Europe and North America. With a BA in Mathematics
from the University
of Utah
and an MBA from BYU, he worked for Hewlett Packard's California
headquarters responsible for worldwide accounting software development.
He later spent several years as President of a successful software
company in Utah, and now enjoys
working
in yet another small company with a big mission. He looks forward
to meeting you personally at upcoming Field Meets around the world.

Robert
Bagley – Marketing & Product Test
Born in Washington,
DC, Robert grew up in the West and had his first exposure
to falconry through an American kestrel at age twelve,
and has flown birds every year since then. He attended
Utah State
University as a biology major, studying raptors
in wind-tunnel
experiments, but
later sidetracked into the computer industry for fifteen years.
He is currently responsible for product ideas and
market development at
Marshall Radio. He has also served as President
of the Utah Falconers Assn, as well as Meet Chairman
for the 1998 and 2005 NAFA Field Meets in
Vernal, Utah. Robert volunteers time out in the field
each
year for
the
difficult assignment
of product testing
with birds, horses and pointing dogs at Secret Canyon Ranch in
Idaho. Shown here with Maximus, a hacked
tiercel Peales.
