Dave Marshall – CSO

At age twelve, when others were being imprinted on falconry, Dave became imprinted on HAM radio. Since then, as a licensed radio amateur (call sign AA7SM) he's enjoyed doing radio as a hobby, but now he gets to do it full-time. Dave has published several well-received articles on falconry telemetry and tracking strategies both in Europe and North America. With a BA in Mathematics from the University of Utah and an MBA from BYU, he worked for Hewlett Packard's California headquarters responsible for worldwide accounting software development. He later spent several years as President of a successful software company in Utah, and now enjoys working in yet another small company with a big mission. He looks forward to meeting you personally at upcoming Field Meets around the world in 2005.

Robert Bagley – Marketing

Born in Washington, DC, Robert grew up in the West and had his first exposure to falconry through an American kestrel at age twelve, and has flown birds every year since then. He attended Utah State University as a biology major, studying raptors in wind-tunnel experiments, but later sidetracked into the computer industry for fifteen years. He is currently responsible for product and market development at Marshall Radio. He has also served as President of the Utah Falconers Assn, as well as Meet Chairman for the 1998 and upcoming 2005 NAFA Field Meets in Vernal, Utah. Robert volunteers time out in the field each year for the difficult assignment of product testing with birds, horses and pointing dogs at his Idaho ranch. Kevin Harcourt – Operations

Trained in ISO 9000/ QS 9000 quality systems with 6 years experience in contract manufacturing, Kevin brings the important combination of impatience and attention to detail as he maintains near military spec standards throughout the production processes. Kevin attended Utah State majoring in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering. He also administers all of Marshall internal computer infrastructure ensuring that cutting edge technology is used throughout the company.

Jerry Merritt – Machining

With over ten years' experience in the precision fabrication industry, Jerry helps to produce the smallest, most intricate aluminum packaging possible for us here at Marshall. With a background designing and fabricating medical implants for orthopedic surgeons, Jerry came to Marshall Radio looking for a new challenge. A master in CAD/CAM, Jerry uses 3D modeling software to conceptualize and produce Marshall's latest detailed packaging designs on display here on the web site.
