Stories from the Field

Under this heading, stories are collected that teach and entertain and help with the practical use of telemetry. Many times, when a signal is lost, the reasons are not immediately obvious. When hunting with hawks, there will be some ways for things to go wrong you'd never dream of, yet reading about someone else's discoveries and "aha" experiences may help you avoid a lost bird.
