Marshall Radio Telemetry Shipping & Payment Policy

For in stock items: Marshall Radio Telemetry makes every effort to ship your order within 24 hours.

For out of stock items: Marshall Radio Telemetry – will contact the customer via phone or email and will give an estimated date of shipment.

Shipping is done by the carrier that the customer has specified (UPS, USPS, FedEx). Marshall Radio Telemetry reserves the right to change carriers or upgrade your shipping provided that this does not increase the total transit time of your shipment.

For any shipment that is returned to Marshall Radio Telemetry as undeliverable, any and all freight charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Payment is made at the time of order by Visa or MasterCard and is billed to the customers account at the time the purchase is made at Marshallradio.com. For other payment options (such as cash, check, money order, or bank wire transfer), please contact Marshall Radio Telemetry at 801-936-9000.
