Marshall Radio Telemetry warrants its receivers and Pocketlinks to be free of defects of workmanship and materials for three (3) years on mechanical and moving parts, and three (3) years on electronics from the date of purchase.<\/p>\n\n
If your Marshall receiver or pocketlink is defective, return it to Marshall Radio or one of its authorized Distributors and we will repair or replace it free of charge. However, we will not be responsible for damage from misuse, physical abuse or for the normal wear incurred from regular use.<\/p>\n\n
Under no circumstances will Marshall Radio be responsible for damages or loss beyond the value of the receiver itself, including the loss of a bird or lost time.<\/p>\n\n

SPECIAL NOTE:<\/strong>\u00a0It is in the nature of any radio frequency transmission device, including transmitters used in falconry, that signal propagation (range of signal transmission) can be greatly reduced if the transmitter or antenna is touching or lying on the ground. Marshall Radio, and all of our retail outlets around the world, strongly recommend that you use either a Backpack, tail mount, or neck mount (#16 rubber band only) for one transmitter, and use a second transmitter mounted on an alternate location such as the neck, tail, leg or backpack. TWO TRANSMITTERS ARE BEST FOR ALL OF THE LARGE TIERCELS AND FALCONS.
