Marshall Radio Telemetry (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use AeroVision6 and/or AeroVision7 application (the “App”).

- Device and Usage Information: We collect technical information related to your device and app usage to improve functionality and support.
- GPS and Location Data: The App collects location data only after obtaining your explicit consent, which you may revoke at any time via your device settings. This data is used solely to calculate distances between you and a tracked bird for the core functionality of the application.
- Cloud Sync Data: If cloud sync is enabled, your flight data is securely transmitted to our backend services for backup and synchronization across devices.
- Crash Reporting and Analytics: We use Google Firebase Analytics to capture crash reports and improve app stability and performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the core functionality of tracking and mapping flight data.
- To support cloud synchronization when enabled.
- To enhance and maintain app performance.

Flight and usage data collected via the App is retained as long as your subscription to AeroVision7 remains active. Upon subscription cancellation or deletion request, associated data will be securely deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
9. Your Rights
You may disable location tracking or cloud sync in your device settings at any time. Disabling these features may limit the App’s functionality. You may also delete your account by accessing your profile in the App.
9. App Store Compliance
AeroVision7 complies with the Apple App Store and Google Play requirements for privacy, data usage, and transparency.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. You will be notified of significant changes through the App or our website.
