For in stock items: Marshall Radio makes every effort to ship your order within 24 hours.
For out of stock items: Marshall Radio will contact the customer via phone or email and will give an estimated date of shipment.
Shipping is done by the carrier that the customer has specified (UPS, USPS, FedEx). Marshall Radio reserves the right to change carriers or upgrade your shipping provided that this does not increase the total transit time of your shipment.
For any shipment that is returned as undeliverable, any and all freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Payment is made at the time of order by Visa or MasterCard and is billed to the customers account at the time the purchase is made at Marshallradio.com. For other payment options (such as cash, check, money order, or bank wire transfer), please contact Marshall Radio Telemetry at +44 161 870 6518.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30 day, no questions asked money back guarantee. For a refund on any item in your shipment, simply return the item to the original Marshall shipping location within 30 days using the insured and traceable courier of your choice. As long as the item is in like-new and resalable condition, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item (excluding shipping costs).
